3. Account Creation & Security
When registering, users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. texas189 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time, and users must comply with such requests in order to continue using the service in full, including making withdrawals.
Users are fully responsible for the confidentiality of their password and the security of their account. All activity that occurs through a user's account — whether carried out by the account holder or by any other party who gains access — is the sole responsibility of that user.
If a user suspects unauthorized access to their account, they must immediately contact the texas189 support team at [email protected]. The platform is not liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to maintain account security.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
All transactions on the texas189 platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Users can make deposits and withdrawals using available local payment methods, including bank transfers (BCA, Mandiri, BNI, BSI) and digital wallets (GoPay, OVO, DANA).
Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are determined by the chosen payment method and the account's verification level. This information is available on the cashier page after logging in. Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same name as the user's texas189 account.
texas189 reserves the right to delay, hold, or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a violation of these terms. In such cases, the user will be notified and asked to provide supporting documents for further verification. Any transaction fees that may be charged by third-party payment providers are the user's responsibility.
5. Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
texas189 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if a violation of these terms is found. Such actions may include cases involving: identity fraud, use of multiple accounts, bonus system manipulation, fraudulent activity, or behavior that undermines the integrity of the platform.
Users whose accounts are closed due to a violation may forfeit their right to any remaining balance, active bonuses, and other rewards. texas189 reserves the right to retain such balances as compensation for losses caused by the user's violation.
Users who wish to close their account voluntarily may submit a request through customer support. Prior to closure, all outstanding financial obligations must be settled, including the completion of any active bonus rollover requirements.
6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
texas189 provides the platform on an as-is basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The platform does not guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption, free from technical errors, or that the outcomes of betting activity will meet user expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, texas189 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the service — including loss of data, loss of revenue, or any other financial loss.
